What is GxpManager’s business?

Our business revolves around digitizing critical data. We assist companies, particularly those in regulated sectors, in digitizing and transforming their data (paper forms, Excel files, etc.). Banks, insurance firms, industry players, healthcare entities, etc., typically deal with substantial volumes of critical data within their processes. These companies often need documented proof for their clients or stakeholders during audits, checks, or inspections (health, quality, environment, safety, etc.).

Beyond supporting digitalization, you also provide companies with a “No Code Low Code” platform to develop their own applications for better traceability, management, and clarity of their data. Could you elaborate on this?

In the market, numerous applications manage standard processes. However, these standard applications are inadequate for more specific processes tied to a company’s industry and organization (manufacturing, validation, control, quality, etc.). Recognizing this, we developed a “No Code Low Code” platform enabling companies to create applications without programming. This approach allows them to swiftly digitize their critical data at a competitive cost, encompassing all necessary dimensions for such projects: access to information on data input and recording (who? when?), the ability to analyze, leverage, and exploit data, particularly in report form…

Moreover, our solution is a SaaS platform accessible via the cloud, requiring no infrastructure or installation at our client’s premises. Applications developed using our platform become operational swiftly and can be easily and rapidly modified to suit the company’s needs. Additionally, we offer a catalog of ready-to-use applications and support in training, digitalization, implementation, and risk analysis.

Specifically, what needs does GxpManager address? What are the strengths of your approach and solution?

Digitizing critical data facilitates their analysis and utilization. Our Business Intelligence module lets our clients generate reports based on processed, validated, traced, and standardized data with just a few clicks. This process also optimizes data storage and security. Operationally, it streamlines workflows, particularly when companies increasingly rely on remote work and need access to their data anytime.

Beyond evident time savings, digitizing critical data and deploying dedicated applications enhance process performance and foster team flexibility. Moreover, the costs of application development and deployment are highly competitive. As mentioned earlier, companies don’t need to invest in application programming, hosting infrastructure, or expert/consultant support with our SaaS platform. Lastly, they can just as swiftly and easily evolve and adapt their applications if necessary!
